A Certified Management Consultant, Graeme has degrees/training in Science, Engineering, Law; general management, dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation).Until 1988, Deputy Head, NSW Energy Department, contributing to major change and improvement programs in the energy industry. Earlier, in the Electricity Supply Industry, long term planning, day-to-day system control and production coordination. Practical experience in sales and business development, and management consulting. He is Managing Director of Couch & Associates Pty Ltd which provides a wide range of management services to clients in both the public and private sectors, drawing from a large network of Associates covering a wide range of commercial and regulatory discipline areas.
