"We Try NEVER to Say No!" has been the guiding philosophy of Michael Worsley since he sold out his Chartered Accountant's practice in England in 1965 and moved his base of operations initially to Geneva, and then later to the New Hebrides and finally Brunei as an International Consultant.

 From his earliest years, Michael has loved to travel, being evacuated from London into the English countryside as a child, and then with school, cub and scout groups spent at least part of most years travelling to camps and vacation schools in the UK and Europe. During his three years studying at King's College London for his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from 1956-59, Michael spent his long vacations variously on a model Dairy farm in England, at remote forestry and fishing villages in Sweden, and learning the art of anodising in Switzerland, as well as attending the World Exhibition in Brussels, and the launch of the 5th Republic by General De Gaulle in Place de République in Paris.

 Whilst studying accountancy at night, he worked for a Chartered Accounting firm in the City of London, learning about Insurance, Banking, Law, Commodities, Futures, Broking, Chartering and other 'City' activities that has helped him deal with such activities around the world.

His international consultancy work over the past 35 years has covered a wide range of projects including:
